Halal Rewards App - Business Partner Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as a Business Partner on the Halal Rewards mobile application. By registering or using Halal Rewards's platform to offer rewards to customers, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
- App: The Halal Rewards loyalty rewards mobile application
- Platform: The Halal Rewards service connecting businesses with customers
- Business Partner/You: Any merchant, business, or organization offering rewards through Halal Rewards
- Customer/User: Individuals using the Halal Rewards App to collect and redeem rewards
- Rewards: Deals, vouchers, discounts, points, stamps, achievements, or promotions you offer
- Halal Rewards/We/Us: Halal Rewards and its operators
- Dashboard: Your business management interface on the Halal Rewards platform
2. BUSINESS ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE
2.1 Halal Compliance Requirement
MANDATORY: To participate as a Business Partner, your business must:
- Operate in full compliance with halal standards and Islamic principles
- Not serve, sell, or promote alcohol or alcoholic beverages
- Not serve, sell, or promote pork or pork products
- Serve only halal-certified meat and food products
- Not engage in gambling or gambling-related activities
- Not provide adult services or adult entertainment
- Not operate as conventional interest-based banks or financial institutions
- Not operate bars, nightclubs, or similar establishments
2.2 Business Categories Excluded
Halal Rewards RESERVES THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT to deny service to, refuse onboarding, or remove any business that:
- Operates in any of the prohibited categories listed in Section 2.1
- Violates halal standards
- Operates in occupied territories or supports policies contrary to our ethical stance on Palestine
- Engages in activities deemed incompatible with Islamic values
- Provides false information about halal compliance
3. PLATFORM SERVICE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Platform Function
Halal Rewards operates exclusively as an intermediary platform. We:
- Provide technology connecting you with customers
- Display your offers to potential customers
- Facilitate reward tracking and redemption
- Process customer interactions
3.2 Your Complete Control and Responsibility
YOU HAVE FULL CONTROL over:
- Creating and managing all rewards, offers, deals, vouchers, discounts, points, stamps, and achievements
- Setting terms and conditions for your rewards
- Determining eligibility criteria for rewards
- Deciding whether to honor or refuse any reward
- Modifying or withdrawing offers at any time
- Managing customer disputes
- Fulfilling rewards to customers
- The quality, safety, and legality of your products and services
4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Subscription Fees
Business Partner fees and payment terms are specified in your separate Service Agreement or subscription plan. Fees may include:
- Monthly or annual subscription charges
- Transaction fees
- Premium feature charges
4.2 No Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your Service Agreement.
5. PALESTINE SUPPORT AND ETHICAL STANCE
5.1 Our Position
Halal Rewards openly supports Palestine and humanitarian principles. We prioritize partnerships with businesses that:
- Share similar ethical values
- Support Palestinian rights
- Do not operate in occupied territories
- Align with our humanitarian stance
5.2 Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse partnership with businesses that:
- Operate in occupied territories
- Support policies contrary to Palestinian rights
- Conflict with our ethical values and principles
